These terms apply to your use of this website and to booking a free call with Busy But Built, operated by Ethan Gough in Ontario, Canada. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them. Paid coaching is covered by a separate agreement you'll receive before you start.
2. Health and fitness disclaimer
The information on this site is general and educational. It is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You take part in any training at your own risk, and you are responsible for stopping and seeking medical help if something doesn't feel right.
3. Results
Client results shown on this site are real, shared with permission, and reflect those clients' effort and circumstances. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed, except as set out in the written terms of our money-back guarantee, which you'll receive before you join.
4. Free strategy calls
The strategy call is free, with no obligation to buy. Please give accurate contact details and let us know if you need to reschedule. We may decline or end a call if coaching isn't a good fit.
5. Text messages
Program: Busy But Built text messages. How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on our booking form. Texts cover booking confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-ups about your call, plus occasional fitness tips, offers and program updates. Message frequency varies, typically up to 10 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
6. Website content
The content on this site, including text, photos, videos and the Busy But Built name, belongs to Busy But Built or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Busy But Built is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the free call.
